Raleigh’s Triangle Capital Corporation has closed on the sale of its investment portfolio to an affiliate of New York-based Benefit Street Partners. The move, where TCAP would sell “substantially all of its investment portfolio” for $981.2 million in cash, had been announced in April and approved by shareholders last week.
